Go to "Tools" on the menu bar.
Select "Options" from the drop down.
Click on the "Content" tab.
Ensure that the "Enable JavaScript" box is checked.
Click OK, then reload the page.

Go to "Tools" on the menu bar.
Select "Internet Options" from the drop down.
Click on the "Security" tab.
Click the "Custom Level" button.
Under the "Scripting" section of the "Security Settings" window, enable "Active Scripting" and
"Scripting of Java applets"
